This hotel had all we needed for a city stay at £200. The rooms were medium-sized with twin beds, a padded bench, a small closet, several shelves, a small but efficient bathroom with a good shower, and tea/coffee making facilities; however, as always in IBIS, there was no fridge/minibar in the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room had some view of the London Eye, although partly obstructed by other buildings. On the downside, the room was smaller to accommodate the bathroom and had uncomfortable, rock-hard beds and pillows, stained sheets, and an unpleasant bathroom. The service had its shining moment when Jose went above and beyond for us during a very late check-in, but overall, the staff seemed clueless, understaffed, and disorganized. The location was fantastic, especially for exploring London, close to the Underground and key attractions. The dining experience was decent but could be a bit slow at times. Overall, considering the price paid, it was a stay with mixed feelings.
